Excellent, from-the-ground-up summary of the basic mathematics behind a lot of physics; group theory, topology, linear algebra, measure theory, differential geometry. In particular I think it's highly suitable to someone knows a decent amount of pure mathematics, but not much about how physicists tend to make use of it.
The explanation of Hilbert spaces is neither dumbed down nor unclear.
